Most of the work I am asked for starts the same way: something is already running, and it has grown past the arrangement that used to hold it. Orders are tracked in three places. The site was built once and never revisited. A process lives in one person’s head. None of that is a technology problem on its own, which is why I look at how the business actually operates before proposing anything to build.
So each of the services below is scoped around a decision rather than a deliverable. I want to know what the business is trying to do, where the friction sits, and whether software is genuinely the shortest route to it. Sometimes it is, and the answer is a product or a platform. Sometimes the answer is a clearer structure, a defined process, or a change to how a thing is sold, and no code is needed. Telling you which one applies is part of the work, not an upsell before it.
